Sam Seah

Sam Seah · Independent developer

Build alone, ship like a team.

I work with Claude as my team: one person designing, building and shipping apps, writing the guides, and running the servers. Here is what I have made, and how I work.

How I work

One person, many hands
  • 3

AI teammates that never log off. Each long-running Claude session owns one area: iOS development, content and SEO, and server operations. They hand work to each other; for research or review I bring in a helper. I make the calls.

  • 858

working rules, each from a real mistake. Every time something goes wrong, it becomes a rule in shared memory that gets read before the next job. Not making the same mistake twice is what lets one person run several products.

  • 100+

automations running in the background. 25 recurring Claude tasks plus 100+ cron jobs: daily reports, weekly articles, post-release checks. I only hear about it when something breaks.

A few rules: write the document before the code; back conclusions with measurements, not hunches; verify on production after every change; automate anything that relies on memory.

How the work is split between me and my AI teammates Sam is in the middle. Around him are three long-running Claude sessions: iOS development for the app and App Store releases, content and SEO for guides and figures, and operations for servers and monitoring; plus on-demand helpers for research and review. The dashed outer ring is more than a hundred automations. Sam iOS devApp · releases Content · SEOGuides · figures OpsServers · alerts HelpersResearch · review Outer ring: 100+ automations
One person decides, AI sessions split the work, automation catches the rest.
